Wardrobe Remix: It's been a while...

It has been a VERY long time since I've done a "daily pick" of the ol' outfit. This could be for some or all of the reasons below:

1. I've been bone tired and having to take pictures of outfits would force me to be more cute than I have been.

2. People getting their Masters or full-time students deserve to wear the worst comfortable clothing of their choosing, simply just because.

or

3. I didn't want you to be JEALOUS of all my cute OUTFITS!!!

Oh man.... so here's the rub with the swag above:

Dress - from the shop, hemmed to a mini, sleeves rolled up due to "tight cuff fit"

Belt - came with a dress from Target - tied in a bow :)

Leggings - Also from Target

Shoes - Ross

The dress actually had an awkward fit to it, so I cinched it, pinned it and tied it with a bow :)

I sold this lovely dress to probably the cutest buyer ever. Here is what she wrote me today:

Message from the buyer:

I am a bride looking for modest bridesmaid dresses, This dress has completely inspired me to change my wedding color to shades of rose pink with champagne/gold. Do you have anymore dresses that fit that category?  Thank you so much in advance! P.S. Your dresses are GREAT! an array of colors and situations

Of course I can't deny that this SENsational white dress is my favorite. Too bad I'm not itty bitty teeny tiny. These are some wonderful items I put in the shop today. Each one seems to have its place amongst any given wardrobe. The light and airy colorful coat for somewhat but not too cold days. The black dressy shoes for dress or casual wear. The violet hat for... well any time!! Who doesn't want a purple fur hat?!? And if you want to be all that glitters at night, then why night wear this beautiful and amazing deep blue number?

I've been running around ragged for these past couple of weeks desperately trying to get my secret plan in the workings. I'll be blogging about that very soon, but don't want to give too much away yet!!!

I'll just say that I'm CRAZYYYYY excited. But here on some new little gems I just put in. I don't know what it is about that crocheted top, but I just LOVE the colors and those shapes. MAGnifiscent!

FINALLY I have some hats to put in the store. I went to yet another estate sale this week. It was listed that it had vintage clothing {a lot} yet where was it? I finally asked one of the ladies in charge and she directed me to the "back" house. And there.... i found some WONDERFUL things. I'll be listing them just as fast as humanly possible.

I'm not sure why it took me so long to put this in the store. Perhaps I didn't want its awesomeness to leave the house? Perhaps it was its ability to lighten up an entire room? Whatever the case may be, it's ready for a home. I listed it under both women and men because I could totally see some skinny indie hipster wearing this garb.

I just experienced my first Estate Sale THREE TIMES OVER this weekend. You could definitely say I'm hooked. I think my favorite find were these boxes full of vintage patterns. Just tons of them ranging from 1940s on up. That find should go quite nicely with my Spring Sewing Classes I'm taking.

We hold on to the cold for dear life here in Phoenix. It doesn't seem to last very long and we try desperately to wiggle in some "cold weather" gear if we can. There was a bit of a chill in the air today and let me tell you, it's nice for a change.

Shop Update: Bippity Boppity Baubles

Yowzers! I so did not realize how much I used my PINKY when I type. I bruised it (along with my ego) playing dodgeball on Friday. So my typing has been a bit slower than usual. However, even with that obstacle I wanted to show you some of my new delights. These are some wonderful little accessories for some wonderful ladies!

I used to watch that show like CRAZY when I was in high school. My outfit today reminded me of it. Almost like an homage. Its mostly the black boots I think that do the trick. :)
