Pins & Needles

I've been meaning to put my pins up on Etsy! Finally got to it today. I really love them all so much. I had a customer come in today and I was talking to her about putting pins on straw hats along with a favorite scarf to sort of give them some new life. People need to wear more pins!

Colors of Warmth

I've been giving myself a hard time lately about my pictures. Due to lack of wall space I've been stuck to a corner in my living room. I'm battling with bad lighting and an even worse camera. But I need to just be proud of the pictures I DO take. These are some of my more proud moments of the day.

Friday I took the day off and was able to visit some smaller, charity owned thrift stores. To say the least I was NOT let down. I found great prices and lovely store owners.

Shop Update: CRAZINESS!

I'll be honest, there is no REAL rhyme or reason to the new stuff in my shop this week except for the fact that it is AWESOME.

I spent the better part of my week (amongst other things) getting some new things ready to rock for this month. So keep checking back for these lovely new items every day.

I'm in Love...

It just happened so suddenly one day. I tried to control my feelings, but my emotions just took control and before I knew it, I was falling in love with this dress form.

Where have you been all my life?

And there's a tragic end to my love story as well. I have to give it back to my friend soon. So alas it does not belong to me, but it will always belong to my heart.

Shop Update: Wooly Bully

I believe the time has come for some updating. I spent most of my day today helping my dear friend go through and ENTIRE LIFETIME worth of stuff. Just.... stuff. Piles and piles. It was just crazy. And it inspired me to get my ass in gear and put up some long-awaited new items.

Pictured above is this absolutely delicious wool skirt. It screams fall in every way. It yearns for some bright Kate Spade tights and buckled shoes. Its asking me nicely, "please find me a good home."

Oh yes wool skirt... I will.

I don't think shoes could get ANY cuter. I mean... look at the buckle! And ESPECIALLY the angle from the back :) These shoes even have a cute butt!!!

When Small Is BIG

When it comes to the magazine world, small things can be a big deal. Sunday, I bought a copy of Glamour to peruse. Whilst looking :) I found a one page article on "The Uniform Project", which I have posted about before. Its such a wonderful website.

As I looked closer I realized one of the pictures captured MY SHOES. These lovely little 80s flats that are JUST ADORABLE. True.... it doesn't credit me or mention Blueberry Deluxe, but to me its still a BIG DEAL. So there it is.

Shop Update: All Tapped Out

I spent most of my time in my car this weekend, somewhere near 32 hours. Most of that was driving. So needless to say I was plum tuckered out today. But these 1920's style tap pants made my day. I absolutely adore them. Don't you think they look incredible on my model buddy?!?

Shop Update: Sexy Visitor

My lovely petite friend came over to model for me (thanks Ana!). I could NOT believe how adorable she looked in my stuff. She most definitely will be over more often. :)
